Effective July 2026. The plain-English version: your information exists to schedule your service, and that's it.
What we collect
When you request an estimate, call, or text us, we collect the information you provide: name, phone number, email address, service address or city, a description of your request, and any photos you send. Our website also uses standard analytics tools (such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity) that collect anonymized usage data — pages visited, device type, and general location — to help us improve the site.
How we use it
To respond to your request, schedule and perform service, send appointment confirmations and service records, and — if you had us out — occasionally invite you to review your experience or remind you about seasonal maintenance. You can opt out of non-essential messages at any time by replying STOP to texts or using the unsubscribe link in emails.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers required to operate our business (payment processing, scheduling, email delivery), and those providers may use it only to provide services to us.

This site uses cookies for basic functionality and anonymized analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; the site will continue to work.
Your choices
