Price ranges published on this site reflect typical projects in our service area and are updated periodically. Your written estimate, provided after inspection, is the controlling price for any work. Estimates are free and carry no obligation.
Safety disclaimer
Garage doors and their components — particularly springs and cables — are under high tension and can cause serious injury. Troubleshooting content on this site is limited to checks that are safe for homeowners. Never attempt to adjust, remove, or repair springs, cables, or bottom brackets, or operate a door that is off its tracks. When in doubt, stop and call a professional.
Warranties
Warranty terms for parts and labor are stated in writing on your invoice and vary by product and service. Manufacturer warranties are provided and honored per each manufacturer's terms. Written invoice terms control over any general statements on this website.
